twitCharts reserves the right to remove any graphic for any reason whatsoever. Specifically, any chart created that is offensive in nature, infringes upon copyright, or violates any laws, will be immediately deleted and the IP address of the user reported to authorities. Violating these terms will result result in termination of your ability to create new charts.
We reserve the right to ban any individual or website domain from using our servies for any reason.
We cannot be held liable for any damages.
By creating a chart on twitCharts you give twitCharts permission to use or distribute your chart on twitCharts or affiliated sites.
